Just what I have been looking for By The Aussie wishful traveller from New South Wales Australia on 11/02/2009 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Easy To Identify, Good Capacity, High Quality Best Uses: Family Trips, Long Vacations, Overseas travel, Weekend Trips Describe Yourself: Adventurous, Modern, Practical, Stylish Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I havn't had oppurtunity to use the product as yet, but it certainly looks to be just what I have been looking for. I frequently travel by public transport with some walking at the end of my destination therefore like to travel light. The zip-off backpack is a bonus for day trips
Awesome bag which allows for the helmet. By Pocono People from Pocono Mountains, Pennsylvania on 10/31/2009 Pros: Great Capacity, Lightweight, Protective Best Uses: Skiing or snowboarding Describe Yourself: Advanced Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these because I am tired of carrying my ski boots to the lodge. I have one of those rope with handle carriers but that doesn't compare to this. Now I have my helmet, boots, extras on my back while only having to carry my skiis. Much nicer and easier as we grow older.

Solid protection for skis in transit and storage. Great value.
By sue from waitsfield, vt on 10/29/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Great Capacity, Lightweight, Protective, Water Resistant Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: ready to go to Colorado
Great design / functionality By Skippy from Illinois on 10/28/2009 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry Describe Yourself: Classic, Modern, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This briefcase allows enough room for some files and a laptop (mine is 15 inches; I believe the description said you could go to 17, but I would not want to do that). I love the water bottle carrier and other handy side pockets. I used to have to carry two bags to get all the functionality and features of this one bag, so I'm delighted to have this way to consolidate my key business trip needs.
By urban walker from san francisco on 10/26/2009 Pros: Easy To Load, Good padding, Highly Adjustable, Large capacity Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Somehow I didn't realize how much weight this pack would have - the wheels really add. The reason to have wheels is to deal with weight, but if it's on your back, light is good.
Otherwise it seems to be a good pack
By Super skiier from Missouri on 10/24/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Great Capacity Describe Yourself: Advanced Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: fits my women's size 10 boots easily!
By working student from Ann Arbor, MI on 10/22/2009 Describe Yourself: Career, Comfort-Oriented, Modern, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Very functional bag with good design of pockets and compartments and enough cushioning to reasonably protect my laptop. So happy with it, I bought another for my husband.
Rollinfg High Sierra Duffel By Saintelias from Hot SPrings. SD on 10/21/2009 Pros: Easy to Transport, Large Capacity Cons: Bad zippers, Heavy, Weak Seems Best Uses: Airline Travel, Short Travel, Weekend Trips Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have had the 30" version of this for a couple of years. It is getting very worn so I needed a new one. For duffel needs I would go with the 30" not the 26" The 26" does not have enough capacity. For the price these duffels are good however they do wear out. I had to replace the zippers within a year and and I didn't bother with fixing the pocket zippers because of the cost. All the zippers will wear out or break within two years if you use the duffel on an average of once a month. They are nice because of the wheels for transport in airports. The nylon wears pretty quickly especially if doing a lot of airplane trips. I would view these duffels as "throaway"--Use them for a year or two and then buy a new one.
Good value for non-rugged travel By Adam from Charlotte, NC on 10/21/2009 Pros: Easy to Transport, Large Capacity, Lightweight Best Uses: Short Travel, Weekend Trips Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It's a good bag, but don't expect it to last forever. I used one on 25-30 trips or so and it held up fine, but then experienced some issues with the seams and zipper at the end. I still feel it was worth the money- enough that I bought a second one. I like the flexibility- you can really shove a lot of stuff in there. And its reasonable weight too. I also didn't have any problems with the wheels.
So if you're a light traveler its a good option. If you need something for rugged travel or outdoor use, step up a notch or two and spend for better quality.
