These are they. They are a little under-dressed for wearing in the evening. The quality is good, not great. There is zero break-in required.

They have a comfortable footbed with good arch support. The only thing I would change about them is that they are a little hard to put on. The inside is suede and grabs my sock as I slide my foot in. This is great for keeping the shoe on but I have to work my foot into the shoe so my sock feels right. I usually wear them about once a week all day and don't have any complaints.

Removable insole allows you to use your own insoles/ orthotics if needed. The only negative is that the outsole doesn't give the best traction (you can slide your foot on smooth surfaces... might be good for dance?!). Overall I highly recommend these!
