They produced footwear for NASA astronauts in the ‘60’s, and in 1968 they acquired the Saucony Shoe Company, a small running shoe company known but to a small group of serious runners. I use it for running on colder days. The outer side of the fabric is smooth but the inner side of the fabric has a fleece-like feel making is very comfortable. As for sizing, it think it was true to size. I'm 6' 155# and the Med fit perfect. If you get one, I don't think you'd be dissappointed.

I needed a shoe that would work with my still-shifting post-pregnancy body and this is it. This is my first pair of Saucony shoes, but I'm a believer now. I've only put about 40 miles on them, but if they hold up I'll definitely be buying another pair.
