It was a bit too loose. I tried a 7 1/2, and although my foot fit the foot bed very well, the elastic on the band at the back was so tight, it pushed my foot too far forward.

Great for the office with pants or tailored skirts. Comfortable heel height, rubber heel helps absorb the impact of walking. Nicely cushioned insole at front of shoe.

I gave 4 stars only because these shoes would not have fit me if I had ordered M width. I ordered W (which turned out to be C) and they are perfect. These will be great for museums, gardens, and city sidewalks. Love the green, which is very muted and almost neutral.
