I keep warm during the night (when it feels like they've turned on the air-conditioning) and never get over heated even in the middle of a code.

Other than that it is true to the size but feels as rubber to the skin. Can not imagine wear this in warmer or colder weather. I doubt that the fabric is breathable. The colors (chocolate and silver)are gorgeous though.
