| Sperry Top-Sider boat shoes are designed to stand up to the harsh demands of saltwater sailors, fishermen or anyone who needs boat shoes that last and look great. Since 1935, Sperry Top-Sider shoes have covered more miles on the water than any other brand, and today Sperry offers a full line of boat shoes and deck shoes: performance sandals and sports shoes, classic boat shoes, casual shoes, water socks, and heavy-duty waterproof fishing and boating shoes. Maybe I just got a bum pair. I also found that the straps chafed a bit on my pinky toe.

However, these shoes run narrow, especially across the top and the ball of the foot. I will have to give them to a friend who has the same size but a much more narrow foot than mine!

These are the most comfortable and useful shoes I have ever owned. I've had them in mud, sand and rain and my feet stayed dry and cozy. I've worn them on 90+ degree days and they never felt too hot or made my feet sweat. When I get home, a quick spray with the hose and I can wear them out to dinner. I just ordered two more pairs for some friends and I would have ordered another pair for myself if they still had my size available. Need I say more? No, buy them.
