Very sharp. The action was a little stiff, but after opening and closing 20 or 30 times, it's smoothed out quite nicely. The belt clip is TIGHT. This knife will not slip out of your pants pocket when using the clip.

The finishing on the blade leaves a bit to be desired, as there is a noticeable foil in the serrations which is difficult to sharpen out.
