I use it as an outer layer over a light sweater on cool days and as an inner layer coupled with a jacket on colder days. The buttons make quite an impression!

Reading through some of the other posts in regards to the sizing issues, I think it's important to note that the sizes listed are U.S., and not Euro. I wear a U.S. 42, and ordered the listed size 42 accordingly. All in all, I'm more than happy with my purchase.
