They go well with dress slacks and suits. I bought them in black, and at this price, I am buying the brown as well. They start off fairly stiff, and there were some hot spots the first couple of days. They do seem to have a longer than average break in time. They look very nice, and they are getting more comfortable every time I wear them. I get compliments on them, and they are well designed shoes made of quality, durable materials. they shine well, and are easy to maintain.

I walk a lot commuting and in the office. The quality of these shoes is very high. Sadly, at least for me, I put them on out of the box and wore them to work. Half way through the day I day I had a large blister above and to the outside of my right heel; despite covering it w/2 Band-Aids, it was still very painful to walk. By the end of the day I was hobbling. I have never so looked forward to taking off a pair of shoes. By the time I got home, my sock and the back of the shoe were blood-stained. I'm not giving up, however. In my experience, high quality shoes often have a break-in period. The moral of the story is don't leave the house in a new pair of shoes without back up.
