Just from their looks, Teva sandals are a far cry from ordinary. Their high friction outsoles, tacky topsoles and sturdy demeanor actually started as a river guide’s solution to his clients’ soggy, water-logged sneakers. The only downside is the footbed is plastic-like stuff which makes your foot sweat a bit on hot days. My Teva leather sandals are better in that regard.

Cut big; so order small. Once there it is shoe nirvana for flip-floppers like me. One problem--I wear a 12 dress shoe, a size 10, according to Teva's sizing chart, fits me great. The final result was worth the trouble. It happens; I am happy.
