By COSkiBum from Golden, CO on 11/04/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Stable, Water Resistant Best Uses: Day hikes, Everyday, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love these shoes! Wore them for our first significant snowfall (30 inches) and my feet stayed dry and warm. Purposely stepped in puddles and these things are TANKS! Don't let any water in, fit well, wear well, feel comfortable, and look great.

Great Year-Round Cross Country Running S By Old Fart from Central Virginia on 11/02/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Stable, Water Resistant Best Uses: Backcountry, Cold weather, Day hikes, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Have been wearing this shoe for about five years. A pair lasts about six months, running cross country 4 to five times/ week three plus miles. Shoes keep feet dry and comfortable in warm weather with heavy early morning due. Keep feet dry and warm at 20 degree f or lower win winter, as long as one does not step in water that is above top of shoe. Just purchased about my tenth pair.
