The execution was poor. The gathers at the waist and across the hips would suit a person with a straight build. The gathers are too loose at the waist and too tight at the hip for someone with curves.

I haven't worn it yet but it fits comfortably (I usually take a size 4) but not tightly. Arms a little long for me but readily fixed.
