The fit and quality is the main reason I keep buying their products. I am 6'3'' 185 lbs. and I wear a Large. I have never found a better fitting shirt except for maybe [*] (it's an actual brand sold by this website but it will not let me type it) Toad or Mountain Hardwear.

It is a good size, well made, and durable. I can see using it for a small first-aid kit, or for its intended purpose as a travel kit, but it may be a bit small for that.

It's perfect for a carry on since it's slim and small. Since you're carrying it on, you'd have to put all the liquids into a separate bag anyways, so why have a larger toiletry kit that can hold those? Hanging feature is nice too.
