The footbeds of each Wolky shoe are made of contoured cork, a material that evenly distributes body weight and offers a firm, shock-absorbent foundation. Resting atop the contoured cork is a high-density foam layer that literally "memorizes" the unique imprint of your foot for maximum comfort with each succeeding step. They're easy to get on and off due to the single velcro zigzag strap, and the insole can be removed for orthotics.
The fit is perfect for me, but I don't think they would work for someone with very wide feet.

I walk a lot and always try to find shoes that compliment an outfit and don't look too casual, but which are comfortable enough to walk around all day and then walk a mile to the train. These are great for that. The plum color is lovely!
