So far so good, although this thing is big, and probably won't work for smaller spaces. Assembly took less than 10 minutes. Hope that it will be as easy to take it apart in the fall. It is pretty solid and heavy, and needs a flat surface. Another reviewer said you can't swing in a hammock - it depends on how the hammock is adjusted. I put it slightly higher and it swings just fine. Overall, seems to do the job.

The ABO Gear Hammock Stand is STURDY!! Very heavy duty a simple breeze to setup, should last years with the new ABO Canberra Hammock to go with it. Much stronger than other stand I had seen / looked at. Very good bolts, chains and clips to adjust.
I was surprised when I opened the package and found such a nice stand. The first thing I noticed was how thick the tubing is. This is a stand that will definately last as long as I will need it. It has no problem holding the weight of two people.
The spigot system describes the way the pipe-like framing fits together with a spigot inserted into a bell or hub. One piece is expanded and / or another piece contracted so they fit one inside another.
