[...] The plastic/rubber that covered the ends of the stand was intact in some places, but bashed in, scratched, and missing in others. More importantly, the eye hooks needed to attach the included chains to my hammock were missing. The set-up directions in the box showed that they were supposed to be included, but they weren't, so be prepared for a trip to the hardware store. The other thing that concerns me about this is how wobbly it is. When you lay down on the hammock, the stand arms move in toward you, and the hammock drops to the ground. It seems like a really odd and unstable design. I'm keeping it because I'm too lazy to pack up and return something this heavy, and I'll use it for the rest of this season, but I'll plan on buying something new next year.
