ABO Gear Jute Crinkler Dog Toy

I have neighbors who own mini dachshunds. They tear up all toys, but have not destroyed these yet.

These even hold up against my neighbors dachshunds, who normally destroy everything.

My two 6 month old border collie puppies loved it, but they loved it to death in less than an hour. Once they discovered the cool crinkly noise it made, the pups were happy campers, but unfortunately the jute started to shred very quickly. Between the mess it was making and my fear that they would swallow the long shreds (nobody needs THAT much fiber!), I decided to prematurely "retire" the toy. We were all sad.

A new twist on the all-time favorite cheap dog toy, an empty plastic soda bottle.

The first one I gave her was a thrill for all of us. It was new and stimulating to her (she loves plastic bottles, and often rummages through the recycle bin!) It did not "slime up" the way many of her other toys do. It was tough enough with all those layers to last several weeks with almost constant play before she managed to get to the plastic. Unfortunately, she's a smarty and remembered how to get to the bottle, so the 2nd and 3rd one we bought her did not last as long. She did not want to fetch or play with it, but went straight for the weak spot and once the plastic is reach we have to take it away from her.

Bought it for my 6 month old Cavapoo. Within 5 minutes he was choking on the loose strings of hemp on the outside edge of the stitching.

My Cavapoo loved this item and took to it immediately. Unfortunately we took it away from him 15 minutes after we received it because the unraveling jute caused him to choke.

I foster young puppies and they can tear anything in minutes...this toy has held up and is still going.

Molly likes to make noise with the toy

My Bernese mountain dogs instantly loved this toy. They chewed incessantly. Unfortunately they are very strong chewers. Can mow through a strong chewer nylabone after awhile. This lasted about 30min before being completely pulled apart. But at least the dogs had fun. If your dog isn't a powerful chewer I believe this would hold up really well. My dogs destroy a lot of toys. The only thing that has held up is silicone or tennis balls. They chew through rope easily.
