Great buy for the money and a substantial stand; hammock fabric is attractive but not substantial for long term wear; I advise keeping put up when not in use or hammock kept on a covered porch/patio. It is made of woven dyed cotton.

Just got hammock, easy set up, came with duffle to carry with you, though kind of big and heavy to tote to the beach, excellent for back porch!

much higher quality than you should expect for[$]. set up is less than ten minutes.I wouldnt say it is portable because it is a little heavy, but goer the back yard to put up and take down quick and to be comfortable it is great!

I love this hammock. It is affordable, easy to set up and very comfy. It took me only about 5min to set it up by myself. The only difficulty was to stretch out the hammock but once it's used once or twice, it's super easy. I set it up in my backyard, creating alittle bit of heaven under the sun in my own house. I love everything about it!
