“Dangerous product”

“When it first arrived, the box was severely damaged with a large piece of metal tubing poking through the box and the bottom open. The second delivery was in slightly better condition. It assembled easily. However, after I hung the chair and sat slowly in it, the entire assembly tipped over forward with part of it landing on my knee and the top portion, which just slides in, falling off completely. My husband and I lowered the level to see if that would help, but it tipped again. We are both of average weight, so that was not the issue. The stand is not well balanced, is heavy, and is inherently dangerous. My knee is still hurting.”
