ABO Gear Travel Pet Bed - Round

Just wish the fabric was a little thicker. My dog made a tear on it the first day.

This bed packs great. We use it for tent camping as well as just around the house. Just throw it in the wash. Be sure to use low heat in the dryer.

We've had one of these beds for almost 5 years now and found it's best uses to be travel or outdoors. A little too thin for a permanent bed; but it washes well, comes out of the dryer soft and fluffy and is easy to take along in the car or camping. Still looking good after a lot of use.

I bought these beds to use in a pet grooming facility. I wanted something to put down for the older dogs that need more cushioning. This bed is perfect because it is easy to wash and gives them more comfort than just a fleece.

I bought the bed to take to all the greyhound events that I attend. It's really easy to carry and both my greyhound and whippet were immediately on the beds as soon as they hit the ground. It's nice to have the water resistant fabric on one side and the softer suede where the dog lays. Both my dogs give the beds 4 paws up!

Took it out of the pouch and put it on the floor and the dogs liked it right away. A little too thin to use as a everyday dog bed.

I no longer have a dog of my own but my grandson's dog visits daily and this gives her a bed in my home without being large and unwieldy.

I bought this bed for traveling with my greyhound, but the minute I un-bagged it and tossed it onto the floor, he made a beeline for it and settled in. The bed is adequate in size for the dog (my greyhound weighs 70 lb) and the bed fits its stuff sack nicely. I got the one marked "round" which turns out to be kind of a dark mushroom color on the fleece side, a bit darker than expected. That fabric is nice. The nylon side is kind of slippery, as others have noted. I agree that this bed would benefit from having a bit more cushioning between the channel stitching. Then again, that would add to the bulk, making it less convenient to store or take along. The first trip we made with the travel bed in tow, I discovered that our hosts had a "guest dog bed." It was no contest--my dog went straight for the thicker bed! Note that the instructions say to line dry, not machine dry. I suspect the filling would lump up in the dryer if dried with heat.

I got this with the intention of using it just as a packable bed for when we camp with our black lab. However, he's been sleeping on it at home quite a bit - even choosing it over his thick comfy bed! My worries that it might not be thick enough to be comfortable were obviously unfounded :) As to size, it fits my large lab fine. Danes, Wolfhounds, and the like would be cramped though.
