    I wear a 8-8 1/2 size shoe so I ordered the medium size slipper, which was 8 1/2-9 1/2. It tried on a little snugly which I felt is a half size too small. So I returned it and got the 9 1/2 -10 1/2 size which has a little more room lengthwise. The medium size probably would have stretched with use over time, but i wanted more room for a slipper. Boiled wool should be more durable than cotton and inside lining feels warm.

    I will be sending these back. I normally wear a 10 or 10.5 so I ordered a Large in this splitter. On the bottom of the sole it says it fits a range from 10.5-11.5. Not even close. More ilk 9-10. I can barely get my feet in these slippers. They are super cushioning and comfortable, but I really don't believe "breaking them in" will do any good. They are just too darn small. I'd probably give four stars+ if they actually fit as advertised.
