“Bummed...”

“I was very excited to get these slippers and it was a bit of wait. According to the reviews, several people mentioned that they run large so I ordered a half size down. They were too small to be comfortable and my toes stuck out the front so I felt I had to return them for a larger size. I learned through my exchange I would be billed $5.00 and change for the exchange and then told they were sold out of the larger size...however, I was still billed. So a month later, I have no slippers and am out money. Not exactly a cozy feeling...”
