Acorn Corduroy Tex Moccasins (For Men)

I bought these for my son. He had seen the kid's slippers I bought my grandson for Christmas and he liked them. Since they had them for adults too, I told him I would get them for him. They fit him well and he likes them.

I have been very happy with Acorn products in the past but was severely disappointed by these slippers. They tore the very first time my son tried to put them on. The stitching is weak and they are going back as soon as I have a chance to box them up.

Due to foot problems and great results with ortho-designed sandals I looked for a similar product in a slipper. Nothing really fit the bill. "Ortho" slippers that I did find did not have favorable reviews. After much searching I decided on these Mocs as a reasonable alternative. Right out of the box I was disappointed. They felt cheap on the feet, offered no support or cushioning and definitely lacked proper fit - they just feel a size too small. I don't expect a long life from these and they're really no better than a department store slipper offered around the holiday time.

Comfortable and very easy to slip on

These are very soft and breathable. I can't tell yet if the fleece lining is moisture-wicking as described. The shoe tread looks sturdy enough for walking outside (I use them inside the house). Some of the reviews mentioned poor workmanship, but these are well-made.
