“It runs a size large/wide; I wear an 8 wide and they were an 1" too long & a bit wider than expected; Its elastic around the opening so it will strech. Buy a size smaller if you plan on wearing them barefoot. I am wearing them a size big with a sock - they're still super comfy & sole padding is great.”
