I love Acorn, and have probably had six previous pairs of Acorn slippers and given them as Christmas gifts as well. These slippers looked great (price was right, too), and I liked the blue-green color and the texture of them. However, they feel thinner than previous Acorns with less padding in the foot area--okay for summer but not year round and definitely not as comfy as other Acorns I've bought. Still, a nice slipper.

The inside of the slipper is super soft and comfy, but my feet don't sweat in them like in some other fleece slippers. Light traction on the bottom keeps me from sliding on hard floors. The marled color doesn't look dirty easy like a previous pair of light colored slippers I had. Regarding the "W" for wide mentioned by another reviewer - the box says W and then the size, so I believe the W stands for women (as opposed to a man's slipper). I did not have a problem with the width on my average-width feet.

The website stated the width was M which to me, means "medium" or "B"width.
They arrived and the box and the slipper tag said 7W which to me means "Wide". And they were way too wide. Couldn't keep them from flying off when I walked. But they are a good looking slipper if you have wide feet. I returned them.
