However the size 12 was much too big in both length and width. Since that was the only size available, we returned them and ordered a different pair by Woolrich.

He says they're comfortable, have the perfect sole so he can go out in the yard with the dogs or walk around inside the house. I wanted to purchase another pair for him and discovered much to my dismay that hit has now become a closeout item. :-( I searched long and hard before I found these slippers and wish I could still find them.

Question “HI,|I am looking for a mens slipper (size 12) that has a lot of cushioning on the foot bed. Due to an ankle problem, I need some good padding on to walk on. Does this slipper have that? Can you recommend a slipper that will not be too warm that has a good padded bottom inside? Also, do these run true to size?|Thanks!”

Answer Hi Phil,|I know the exact shoe you are looking for. I will give you the exact information on the box: Acorn Mason Moc MN 10799AAA Medium width. The shoe is genuine leather outside and lining inside. There is lots of padding inside and a sturdy rubber sole. My husband is a size 13M and slippers are hard to find with a leather lining. He wears socks with his and does not want a fleece or flannel lining. I was able to get a pair in black and brown from Sierra Trading Post this month (01/13) and my husband is one happy camper! The size was exactly right, width and length. Hope this helps you.
