Reviewed by Dalesky from South Carolina on Monday, July 15, 2013I rarely buy a shoe that doesn't fit well, and that I don't expect to get good life out of. Now, these are new, so I can't comment on longevity, but the fit is superb. Maybe a 1/4 size large, but with socks the fit is excellent.
The style is unusual, with a very heavy canvas type material, combines with leather, and the two-tone soles. In spite of having 6 eyelets they are not 'tall
' shoes, but really like most any boat shoe. Arch suport is very good, and side to side support is excellent, with no tendency to turn over when walking. I would recommend these with no hesitation if you are looking for something in a boat shoe with more style, for a good price.

Verified Buyer Reviewed by working stiff from Colorado on Wednesday, November 21, 2012Very nice shoe with the exception that the sole is initially stiff and there is not a lot of cushion. I have plantalar fascitis and found it difficult to walk in these shoes. I added a small arch support and it seems to work ok. Like the shoes otherwise, but it looks like there will be some break-in time before they are really comfortable. The fact they lace up does help a lot.
