“Good Summer Slippers”

“I wanted a fuzzy alternative to flip flops for wearing around the house in the warm weather months. These are really nice. They have enough support that I can wear them for a few hours in the morning/evening, which is really what I wanted. I have a very high arch, and it's hard to find shoes let alone slippers that have enough support. These are soft and comfy and the cotton lining is not sweaty (yay!). The reason they did not get 5 stars is that they are not quite as cute as I had hoped, but honestly I care a lot more about the comfort. The slippers are true to size, but that said, if you have a high instep like me, you will want to think about whether or not you want room to wear socks. I can wear these with bare feet no problem, but if I wanted to wear warm socks it would not work. I got these specifically to be warm weather slippers, so that's not a problem at all for me. I don't think they are nearly warm enough for fall or winter anyway...I live where it gets cold. I think I'll be checking out some warm Acorn slippers for winter...this is the best support I've found in a soft slipper yet.”
