Acorn Insulated Slippers (For Women)

These are the first pair of slippers that I have found that I will actually wear. I like them because they stay on my feet, have just enough traction on the bottom so that I don't slip on my hardwood floors and they have enough support that I actually feel good wearing them. Most importantly, they are warm when I walk on my cold, uncarpeted floors. I liked them so much that I ordered a few extra pairs[...]and I even ordered one for my mom because I like them so much. In terms of sizing, I am usually a size 5 1/2 wide or a size 6 regular width in shoes. My feet are a little wide. I think the size you should order for these slippers depends on whether you plan to wear socks and how thick your socks are. I cannot wear my thick Smartwool socks with my regular size 6 unless I size up. If I wear thin socks, though, then I can wear my usual size. Hope that helps!

A little hard to get on

I bought a 7 when i normal wear 6.5 -7 these were considerable too small.

This has some garter or elastic on the opening and that seemed too tight and pressing on my foot. So, I'm returning it.

I'm retired, use them daily and the Acorn slippers support as well as a shoe, they are great!
