These were a bit tight at first -- I usually get 11.5 shoes, or a 46 euro. But after a couple of days around the house these fit great! I could see these slipping off the feet of someone who wears a 10.5, but for me they're the perfect fit. I love that they're not too hot, and have a great sole.

The slipper size states that it's 10 1/2 to 11 1/2, but fits like a size 12 (I wear a size 11).. Would you buy a shoe without a precise size? Worn with socks helps to keep the slippers from sliding. Because of the variance in sizing, I could not recommend this product.
Answer
A size small would be between a 7.5 and an 8.5, a medium is between 9-10, a large is from 10.5-11.5, and an Extra Large is between 12-13, one reviewer also writes they run large.

I wear size 11 1/2 or 12 in all my shoes and boots and ordered sz lg(10.5 to 11.5) in these slippers. They fit perfectly for me, so if you wear a 10 or 10.5 you might want to buy the Med. because the lg may be too big.

The width is medium about a D, the length runs slightly small. So size 9-10 really should be 8 1/2-9 1/2. My 9 1/2 -- medium foot completely but comfortably fills the shoe. If you are at the long end of the range buy the next larger size.
