    I bought size 7 1/2 to 8 1/2. I wear about a size 8 1/2 and my toes were touching, but I think the next size up would have been too big. I think after wearing them a while they will conform to my foot.

    The flat leather sole does not pick up a lot of grunge so I can go from my studio to my living room and/or kitchen without tracking in a lot of stuff that normally get stuck in uneven rubber type soles.All I have to do is brush the sole off once with my hand,and I'm good to go onto my living room rug.
