Acorn Ram Island Slippers - Sheepskin (For Men)

This is a classic slipper. I have been wearing this model for years. The sheepskin is warm in cold weather, but for some reason it is comfortable in warm weather too. I don't wear the slippers for a full 12 months a year, but close to it. Order in your usual shoe size; they will feel snug for the first few hours of wear but then stretch to fit. Acorn's new model runs small but these are sized as they always have been.

Have always bought sheepskin slippers, but the soles on these are a lot tougher and thicker than ones I've purchased elsewhere. Thus, they will last longer, as that is the part that wears out first!

First thing I do when I get home after work is put these on. The fact I can wear them outside to get the mail etc. without changing into shoes is a great added bonus.

I got these for my boyfriend and I tried them on just to see how wonderful they are, well, turns out not that wonderful. The soles are sooo stiff and thick so they dont bend at all when you walk which is not comfortable and makes them so loud. They are alsi very heavy for slippers. It feels like a plank of wood attached to the bottoms. I was so sad when I realized this. They are good to go outside though because of the thick soles. when these wear out (which will probably be in a long time since they are very well made) I am going to get him the slippers that I replaced these with.

These were a gift for my picky husband. He loves them!

Just couldn't get a good fit and the bed seems unstable. Shoe puts off a strong chemical oder. Returned.

My husband wears a half size, and this house slipper only comes in full sizes. Knowing from reviews that it runs small, I felt comfortable ordering the next whole size up, and the slippers fit perfectly. He has never had a truly warm house slipper before, though others claimed to be, and I am so pleased that I bought this one for him.

These slippers were replacements for another pair of Acorn slippers that were probably 10+ years old. I generally wear a 9 to 9.5 but have wide feet and so I ordered size 10. The slipper width felt tight on day 1 but by day 3 they were nearly perfect. I can only wear the thinnest socks with these slippers but they are so warm and they look so good.

My feet are always terribly cold. I had high hopes these slippers would do the trick. My feet feel as cold in these as they do regular shoes. If they weren't so expensive I'd keep them because they're comfortable but I'll be returning them because they don't keep my feet warm.
