“I shop STP quite a bit so when i needed a new pair of slippers back in November, they were my first thought. I ordered my size, 13, but when they arrived and i tried them on they were immediately too large. Went online with a service rep who thouroughly walked me through the process of replacing them with a size 12. Amazing return and replace process here at STP.
The size 12 came quickly and i've been in slipper heaven since. In fact, i am so please with this purchase that i ordered a second third and fourth pair of Acorn slippers for my Son's family for Christmas.”
