For winter, there's nothing better than a pair of sheepskin slippers. These are excellent quality which is refreshing considering all of the cheap versions available. I also like the selection of colors; most others I've seen are usually only available in tan or similar. I was really looking for black; however, the dark chocolate brown is beautiful and looks fine with my black robe. It will also be less prone to getting dirty than the lighter colors. Before purchasing the slippers, I read the reviews which seemed to indicate that they ran large. I ordered a size smaller and they fit perfectly. They're snug right now (which actually feels good) but I know they always stretch out so it's best to start off snug. The only possible negative is that the soles are very stiff. I took them and bent them with my hands and now they are much more pliable and easier to walk in. I would recommend that anyone else with these slippers do the same as it does make a difference. I highly recommend these slippers to anyone considering purchasing sheepskin slippers.

Was looking for a comfortable warm slipper, and was disappointed by how big this was. Easily a full size too large and the amount of shearling was way too little. Had to return.....

Very disappointing product. Their warmth and sturdy materials can't do any good if they are unwearable.

Love how warm and cuddly these are on my feet. These are the slippers I use when I have to go outdoors and don't want to put shoes on.

It took me a day to get used to the stiffness of the sole compared to my worn out slippers, but I love these now. This is my 3rd or 4th pair. I wear them constantly to keep warm in the house as I live in Alaska. I had to wear 2 pair of socks with my old slippers because my feet were always cold. Now, I wear no socks indoors and my feet are nice and warm. The fur inside feels great, too.

Wish the insole had more cushioning and support. Will keep wearing them because they keep my ankles warm. Sheepskin does shed a bit.

These are nice sheepskin slippers and the price was right. They are warm and comfortable. The only down side is that they are bit on the big side. I wear a 6.5 and ordered a 1/2 size up- They are to big but I don't mind since they are slippers and I wear them around the house. The sole is a bit stiff at first but after about a week it seems to be worked in. Having a hard sole is nice because you can go out to the get the mail and if your feeling a bit lazy put on a pair of jeans and run up to the local Starbucks for a cut of JAVA!

I consistently wear a size 9, but in these slippers a 9 was way too big and I was tripping in them. Size 8 fit ok, so I would suggest ordering a size smaller

When these came in the mail I put them on and then put them immediately in the return pile. The soles were way to stiff. Later on the next day I decided to try them on again and they were so warm and soft and I started to wear them around and decided that I could live with the stiff soles because in every other way they were great. All in all I think I should have retuned them. For $10 more you can find something better. It is nice that you can wear them outside to get the mail but there is also no arch support and after a day walking in them around the house or standing in the kitchen for a period of time my feet begin to feel strained. This could be a superb product with a proper sole. I would pay more money for a better sole but I think that is Acorn's problem not STP's.

I had a pir of the men's shoe before & they had a thick pillow soft sole, where as these do not. The last pair I had was a gift & several sizes to big. I have a narrow foot & think that a size down would have been best! All in all, small issues & not worth sending them back over since they are just house shoes!
