“Cush and snuggly”

“I wear a women's 'large' size 10--meaning that many/most size 10's are too small. I thought the "10.5-11.5" sizing would work for me. WRONG! I can fit all four fingers between my heel and the back of the shoe. Floppy on the sides as well. Take Acorn's size statements with a bushel of salt. I give this product a high score IF you get the right size and IF you don't mind paying return shipping until you get the correct size, thus adding substantially to the cost of the shoes. I also question how a properly-sized shoe will fit once the fur and the the cushion on the bottom of the shoe compresses. No arch support that I can discern.”
