Acorn Sheepskin Aussie Boots - Short (For Women)

Great shoe for around the house. Comments are accurate about the boot being loose fitting on the foot, I bought them to run around the house in this winter, so i am ok with them being loose, I wanted them for the comfort and warmth. If you have wide feet they would probably be ok. I am looking forward to warm cozy feet this winter.

Nice reliable Acorn boot. Runs absolutely true to size. I ordered a 10 hoping they would run a little large as 11 were sold out. They don't! Had to return. Other then that, I love Acorn shoes and boots. I ended up buying the ULU Portillo boot which is tall and a bit more expensive but very, very nice. The Acorn boot is great and a nice price.

Good sole but the sides of the actual boot do not retain their form.

I bought a pair of these a couple years ago and they only wore out when we brought a new puppy into our home who ate them. I was relieved to find that you still sold them, and pleased that they've been made a little sturdier but still for the same great low price.

I bought these because I am addicted to cute shoe trends, especially when they are discounted the way they are at[...]. I bought a 10 and 9. I wear a 9.5 shoe but the 9 fit (the 10 was WAYY too big). My heel slides all over the place, although the fit is better when I tuck pants into the tops of the boots. There isn't enough cushioning in the sole for me to wear as regular boots, but they are my go-to slippers now.

Ordered to replace similar product for my teenage daughter. She grabbed the shipment, took them out of the box and started wearing them immediately.

I bought these because I didn't want to pay the price for Uggs. My heel kept popping out of the back of these boots causing me to shuffle and drag my heels. It was really annoying so I returned them. Also these boots are NOT comparable to Uggs. I have boughts uggs and they far excede the quality of Acorn.

Ok folks. Here is the TRUE verdict on the size issue. These are NOT too long. They are true to size in length. If you wear an 8 1/2, you should get an 8. If you wear a 9, buy a 9. Half sizes go down. However, these boots are extremely WIDE, which makes for a sloshy, sloppy fit. They are so soft and so fluffy warm that I'm willing to disregard that and just wear them to kick-around in. The bottom line is that these are true to length size and NOT true to width. They are very wide everywhere, do not conform or mold or "hug" your feet in any way (unless you have super-wide feet. Duh.), and are just a plush, soft and warm environment. With thick socks, perfect. I will keep them because, once again, STP gave me an unbeatable price.

I really wanted these to work, but they are really wide, so neither the 9 or 10 worked because my foot just swam in them and the boot nearly slipped off when I walked. Other than that I would have kept them.

I've been looking for comfortable, warm boots that weren't so stiff -- and didn't cost an arm and a leg. These are great! They fit the bill perfectly. I'm only sad that it's April now, and I probably won't get to wear them until fall/winter!
