Answer They are 100, you should order the size S, which fit women's shoe sizes 8.5-9.5.

Answer I would guess that what you need is an Acorn size L. My hub is a men's size 9 (shoes), which is roughly equivalent to a women's size 10-10.5, and he takes the Acorn size L, which fit him very nicely under his crocs and his work boots.
