“My favorite slippers, but show wear”

“I love these slippers and bought a pair for myself and a pair as a gift for somebody else. I've had them for 14 months, wear them around the house and just noticed some disappointing wear. The wool is thin and tearing at the inner heel. Also there is tearing on the outside where the sole attaches to the toe. While I'm sad they haven't held up, I'll likely wear them until they fall apart and then order another Acorn pair anyway. Easy to clean in the sink with Woolite, which is critical for this white pair.”
