Acorn Winter Fiesta Slippers - Wool (For Women)

I love these slippers and bought a pair for myself and a pair as a gift for somebody else. I've had them for 14 months, wear them around the house and just noticed some disappointing wear. The wool is thin and tearing at the inner heel. Also there is tearing on the outside where the sole attaches to the toe. While I'm sad they haven't held up, I'll likely wear them until they fall apart and then order another Acorn pair anyway. Easy to clean in the sink with Woolite, which is critical for this white pair.

So cute! I usually wear sheepskin slippers and never thought I would wear anything else. But...my new puppies chewed up three pairs so I decided to try these. I was surprised at how much I liked them, and the dogs leave them alone!

Have been wearing Haflingers boiled wool slippers, these fit better.

Comfortable, warm wool slippers at a good price. They could be softer, but hey - it's wool.

Love these slippers! They are warm, but feet don't sweat. The only weird thing is there is a rubber sole that's smaller than the whole sole, so at first it feels awkward when walking, but since these are primarily for lounging, it's OK.

Slippers looked and fit just as I expected.

I have very sensitive feet and have a terrible time walking on hard surfaces. Unfortunately, my entire main level is hardwood. I bought one set of these slippers in 2006 and used them until the fabric wore off in several places. They do a great job of cushioning my feet but still are sturdy enough to give good support. Have you ever had those slippers that are so puffy that you slide all over or your foot falls off the side? These do not do that. They're fantastic for going about your household chores in comfort. I just bought two more sets from Sierra to get me through 6 more years! :)

This is my second pair. At the closeout price, it's a great value. I was disappointed in my last pair (which cost about [$]) because the footbed wore out within my first season of wearing them.

I have a hard time finding slippers that don't look frumpy, but also do a good job of keeping my feet warm. These really do the job. They are quite comfortable, not too hot on my feet, and I can stand to wear them when standing for awhile doing dishes or ironing. Overall, these are great, and I'm thinking of ordering another pair in case these wear out.
