I purchased a large so I could wear a sweatshirt underneath it. And it is a perfect fit with the sweatshirt or even just a golf shirt. I don't like things tight. It hangs well, slightly on the longer side (I would have preferred it an inch or two shorter) but at the price I paid for it, it was well worth it. It's going to be nice to wear in the fall weather.
