Reviewed by MTtrailrunner from MT on Saturday, October 27, 2012Kind of a non-descript jacket compared to the bright colors and such of most puffies and down jobbers out there. I really like primaloft/synthetic jackets..slightly heavier but better in the wet, and I think last longer to boot. This jacket is well thought out and warm without looking like a poncho. Not an athletic fit exactly, but not a barrel either. Looks good I thought. I had to send it back due to the arm length..this jacket would suit someone with slightly long arms for their size. I've run into this with other adidas stuff actually. The jacket fit well everywhere but the arms, and the sleeve design is such that if it's too long, it's a real bother as they are not adjustable or elastic. A cool item on the sleeve though is the internal cuff..really comfy and good at sealing out cold and snow, etc..however the outer cuff just hung over my hands like i was a kid wearing my dad's coat, and you really don't want to be pulling up your sleeves on your outerwear. So, didn't work for me and my average to slightly short arms. Otherwise would have kept it..great bang for buck on this jacket. Good materials, felt comfy wearing it and moving in it. I'd say if between sizes, go down..that's been my adidas experience. I'm 5.11 and 185, usually between medium and large in outerwear, Large was slightly too big in this jacket for me, especially as I didn't want it for lots of layers underneath. Hope that helps.
