4.0 out of 5 stars. First Aid KitVerified Buyer Reviewed by Not Johnny the Hiker. from Idaho on Wednesday, November 16, 2016Overall, very satisfied. With a couple of additions and a few items taken out, this was an excellent choice as a gift for our outdoor person that hikes 5 to 50 miles in any given week. With additions and deletions, it comes in just under 8 ounces. Not too bad when one person carries the First Aid Kit for others in a party.

3.0 out of 5 stars. So SoVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Missouri on Friday, September 2, 2016The kit is pretty big, so be prepared for that. I was expecting the exterior container to be waterproof, but it is not; however, the contents are in waterproof bags inside. I plan on breaking the kit apart and only taking some items. Would have probably been better off putting my own kit together.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Handy and practial.Reviewed by Prairie lady from Champaign, IL on Friday, January 16, 2015I love this first aid kit. I have bought them for people in my family--for a son to keep in his motorcycle bag, for another son to keep in his SUV, for a daughter who travels a lot--for a friend who has applied to medical school, etc., and I will buy more as occasions arise. The bag is lightweight, durable and compact. The items inside are those you would most likely need for first aid. II bought one for myself, too! Everyone needs this. Also, if you are looking for a gift for someone who "has everything" or is difficult to please, here is the ideal solution.
