This is an ideal first aid kit for day hikes or backcountry camping. Very lightweight but stocked with all the essentials, and the items in it are of good quality.
Reviewed by Jake from LA on Monday, October 21, 2013I was going to put a kit together myself until I saw this. I plan to add a few items but this is a great basic kit. It turns out I have a couple of friends who had the same idea. We all agreed that this is a better value than building your own from scratch. It also included a manual for some basic first aid, and has refill/replenishment ordering option.

Reviewed by Camping Friend from Layton on Monday, August 26, 2013I have purchased several Adventure medical kits of the past year. There are basic first aid kits all the way to advanced first aid kits. The Adventure Medical Kits Light and Fast trail first aid kit is a good back packing kit. It includes a small first aid book. This kit could also be used as a emergency kit for the automobile. First Aid kits make great gifts.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Caring Human from Crested Butte, CO on Tuesday, January 1, 2013Great little first aid kit. This one lives in my backcountry ski pack all winter and my day pack or backpack in the summer. For a wilderness first responder, this kit has everything you need.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Dancer from New England on Wednesday, December 26, 2012Bought it for my son who is a mountain biker. He was impressed. The kit holds a lot of essentials but is nicely compact.
