I use this kit for backpacking, and it has most of the essentials I would expect to find in a UL kit. I added all my pills, antihistamine, ibuprophin, ext... To complete it and it is now perfect, lightweight and complete. The small nylon bag it comes in does not leave much room for extras but seems pretty durable for years of use. great product.

I plan on using the Adventure Medical Kits Ultralight 0.3 First Aid Kit if needed while biking. This kit is designed for cuts and scrapes received while running, biking, or hiking. It is small and light weight. I think the Adventure Medical Kits Light and Fast Trail First Aid Kit is a better kit because you can treat more injuries. This kit is also available at STP.
