    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I liked the compartment substitutes (heavy-duty zipper bags). I would have liked a larger elastic bandage (2" isn't going to secure very much) and triangular bandage. Actually, 2 full-sized triangular bandages would be better. It lists as "good for 1-6 people for 1-7 days". I don't think so. I think that the word "weekender" in the name says it. I will use this in my Scout leader First Aid training as another example of commercial kits.
