By AMM from Northern Virginia on 02/09/2010 Pros: Accurate Casting, Easy to cast, Easy To Transport, Sensitive, Smooth Casting Best Uses: Fly Fishing, River Fishing, Small Fish Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I own a 4 wt and a 6 wt-- they are my favorite rods for fishing mid-Atlantic streams and rivers. Load easily for short casts, but can make long casts if needed. The 4 wt is great for smaller streams where short casts are the standard but a long rod allows me to control the line in pocket water.

Casts nice, but the color! By Mike from Pacific NW on 12/07/2009 Pros: Accurate Casting, Easy To Transport Cons: The color bothered me Best Uses: Fly Fishing, River Fishing, Small Fish Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I got a good deal on this rod. I lawn cast it and it was fine. I just couldn't get over the funky color.
