“The style of the heel and shoe is consistent with that worn by dancers on TV and since my husband promised we would take ballroom dancing lessons I bought both colors. :) They aren't really high quality shoes, the 'patent' has quite a shiny plastic look and seems cheap up close but, as part of an ensemble, they'll do fine. The one thing that disappointed me was the lack of cushioning for the balls of the feet. I put some gels in and that did the trick fine -- it also helped to really secure the foot placement not that it was an issue but once I experienced that I really prefered it. So I recommend adding some gel supports and turning these into exceptional little shoes!”
