    This jacket was buying thinking in daily use, traveling, an informal events. I am a very informal person, so it has been everything that I expected. This size small is for small person, clearly.

    great for on a motorcycle or pedal bike. absolutely windproof. needs to be re-waterproofed often. get a size up if layering. will make you sweat if all zipped up and moving. good neck protection. durable fabric. had to replace zipper 3 times due to breaking because of overlayering w/ medium size(medium fits perfectly if not layering more than a sweatshirt. whish it had pit zips and rain hood.... awsome overalll for [$]

    I guess I was misled by the product name "AFRC Skiwear" and thought this was a ski jacket, and hence must be really warm. This is not something you can wear while skiing. But otherwise its a really great jacket. I am going to keep it because its really light and protects pretty well against decent cold weather. I wore it today at 48F weather and it felt pretty warm.

    I bought this jacket (red) to work on Ski patrol. After about 20 days it is just plain falling apart. I normally really like gore-tex products, but something got lost on this one. I have numerous holes and tears on this jacket that I think a tougher brand would not have. I was very forgiving to this jacket at first because of the super low price, but I have to agree with the review who mentions the high collar, it is super annoying, and if they have not fired the guy who designed the sleeve cuff yet they need to get on it. If you can pick this up for less the $40 like I did sure, but buyer beware.
