“Great Soft shell pants”

“I usually wear a size 6 but I bought a size 8 and they fit great. I can still put a baselayer underneath them if it get ridiculously cold, which it has been in Chicago this winter (-5F!) but for the most part I have been wearing them without long johns underneath and finding that these are fabulous pants even in below freezing weather. I'm impressed. Fleecy interior and gaiters made them great pants to take sledding. Plus the modern cut is very flattering, though I must admit, that because they are not very high waisted, some snow did find its way in when I plowed into some powder while sledding. I love these pants though and am seriously considering a second pair.”
