This is a really well made belt. The leather and buckle are of obviously superior quality. I bought it for a more casual look, and it lives up to its laid-back name. I put it on and dream of summer. Be aware that it is a very thick belt, because of the way it is woven. It takes some fiddling to fit it through tighter belt loops, and then doesn't slide around at all (which may be a plus). The cinch buckle doesn't work like similar belts made out of cloth or thinner leather; the belt only goes through once and then is essentially held in place by the thickness and the direction of the weave. It's impossible to loop it back over for a proper cinch, and it would look strange if you could, as the back looks nothing like the front. So really, when you have it done up it just looks like an ordinary belt buckle without any of the holes. It holds really well nonetheless. Even without pants you can tug and tug and it won't slip. I have a concern, however, that over time it will stretch and flatten, and then this cinch will either not hold properly, or will need to be cinched over and destroy the look. The overall quality, however, gives me confidence that this will not be the case. I'll post an update if I'm wrong about that. The belt is true to pants size. I wear 34, ordered 34, and it fits fine, with maybe an inch of belt left past the buckle.

I have been seeking a quality three weave belt for about a year. Everything seemed hokey or cheesy. Took a chance on the photo. Glad I did.
